Private Childcare session fees
Costs for Day care for children aged 0-3 years old-

Non- funded children in daycare are entitled to take 2 weeks holiday at half fees.
(Notice of 4 weeks in writing is required please)
If your child is over 9 months old you may be eligible for free funded hours. Please see the section below or ask on reception for more information or phone on 01909 470330. Thank you
Costs for Nursery Class for children aged 3-5 years old-

Government funded places with no additional charges / no additional hours can be included.
11 hours over 51 weeks of the year for children aged 2 to 4 years 7.30 am to 1pm twice a week.
22 hours over 51 weeks of the year, for children from aged 9 months (the term after they are 9 months) we offer childcare places 10am to 5.30pm for three days of week.
Days will be allocated to you depending on availability. Please see our Food and drink from home policy.
Optional choices for funded childcare places:
Consumables (food and drink) charged at 65p per funded hour.
E.g., 22 hours per week will be £14.30 per week / 11 hours per week will be £7.15 per week.
Additional services:
Soft play: £6 per week
Enhanced learning groups for children aged 3 years – 4 years for 2 hours per week: £6
Baking and gardening activities once a week: £2
Visits / outings / Special events (Santa visit with present / Easter egg hunt / Sports day / Chinese New Year / Seaside Day etc): £8 per visit / outing or event.

Funded hours only:
Enhanced package deal includes all Cosumables (FOOD AND DRINK) and all Additional services at no extra cost: 22 hours per week will be £14.30 per week / 11 hours per week will be £7.15 per week.

Payments -
A non-refundable deposit of £30 will secure all childcare places. We accept all childcare vouchers which may be offered through your employment. You may also be able to claim family tax credits / universal credit to help with nursery fees.
Bills should be paid by the 15th of every month. Late payments will incur a 20% late fee
